Tra Ang Cave Vietnam Introduction
Dubbed the “Kingdom of the cave”, Phong Nha – Ke Bang in Quang Binh province includes more than 300 large and small caves. This is a destination that attracts tourists who are passionate about exploring and experiencing the mysterious, wild, and majestic beauty. As you know, Tra Ang cave is in a large, flat valley with a beautiful natural landscape, green space. It is a masterpiece of perfectly harmonious combination between mountains, forests, caves, and streams.
Tra Ang cave, where is it?
Located next to Km 17 on 20 Quyet Thang road- one of the few roads located in the heart of World Natural Heritage; Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.
What makes it beautiful?
This beautiful cave has a length of nearly 700m and an average width of 40-50m. This is a cave with a blue underground river flowing inside, a pristine system of stalactites. So it has structural diversity with many impressive shapes. As you know, Tra Ang collects water from En cave, Son Doong, and Va caves to pour into the Tra Ang stream. The water source in the cave is cool and the natural sandy beach in front of the cave entrance is enchanting.
Underwater temperatures in Tra Ang averaged between 16 and 18 degrees. There is nothing more ideal than in the midst of the hot weather with the dazzling sun and approximately 40 degrees of heat in summer, but immersed in the clear blue water here. Traveling to Tra Ang, you will participate in the exciting experience such as kayaking, stream bathing, etc. All the fatigue of the chaotic life will disappear in seconds.

After that, more than 10 minutes pass through sharp limestone and swim 600m to explore the unique and interesting features of the wonders of Tra Ang.
After enjoying swimming and immersing in nature exploration activities; we will enjoy a BBQ lunch with grilled chicken, barbecue; and local specialties at the campsite next to the Tra Ang stream. The food is prepared by the skillful hands of experienced chefs; this is definitely one of the highlights that visitors will never forget during the journey.
